I married a beautiful girl from Davao and now waiting for her to arrive here in the states. We want to buy property in Davao and someday reitre there maybe. Any ideas on the best way to do that since we will both be U.S. citizens when she gets here citizenship here. Would it be best to put it in a relatives name (brother) in Davao if we purchase now. Any thoughts or feedback on this would be appreciated. I know there are restriction to foreigners owning property.
