Having read, "Today in Washington D. C. - Oct 14, 2009 - Harry Reid To Write Final Senate Health Bill," I didn't have high hopes. I think it's supposed to be "fair and balanced" but words like "Obamacare" belie neutrality.
The next post, "Oh. Canada?! - Going to U.S. for Health Care - Socialized Healthcare Stinks!" is just detrimental. Instead of promoting a better alternative, the author takes a pot shot at Canada while he promotes fear over reason. What is his solution to the problem of US healthcare? I guess he doesn't have any good ideas. If he does, why's he being so stingy with them.
"Albany apartment complex bans American flags - Update: Flags Okay Again" must play to his audience, which should be everybody. Everybody should love the US flag; right? He's probably right on the money there.
But, "Obama - Education - Children - What Are Those Educational Plans?" is myopic, narrow minded, and, again, fear inspiring. On the other hand, it made me think for reasons that the author probably didn't imagine.
