This is an outstanding blog "how to grow a blog" blog created by a web developer turned blogger. The design is clean and visually pleasing. The layout is easy to navigate and accessible to all bloggers, especially those who are visually challenged. The contents of all the blog posts are well researched and well written. Most topics are reader initiated and although the most are aimed at blogspot bloggers, within in them is there is much useful that pertains to bloggers who use other blogging platforms as well. This blog is on my reading list and also on my blogroll.

Even an expert will find your content beneficial. For instance, menu bar in a blog is an idea that didnt occur to the googlites.
