I've been a life long sufferer of depression. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Bipolar II but I can't honestly say I've been on the high end too often. Generally I'm stuck in the trenches. I think a little social phobia is thrown in there somewhere too, as well as acute anxiety. Anyway, this is my blog, certainly not an upbeat one but is solidly honest in chronicling my life. Who knows maybe someone someday will see himself/herself in my words and know he/she is not alone.
