I love this blog. It's so personal and heartfelt. Wonderful reading.
Looking through an alternate lens of depression, this blog includes trying to get through depression using the refined art of gratitude and gratefulness. It also includes skills I've learned and how I'm trying to apply them (please note the keyword of "trying"). Additionally, thoughts about my day, family, work, things I like and don't like, etc will be jotted down.
The most important aspect of this blog is that it allows me to express myself with no fear.

Gretchen "heartaday" LittleI have struggled with depression too, all of my life (or is it just simply that I was trained that the glass is always half empty?). I'm trying to figure out alternative ways to deal with it, as well. Your blog is friendly, interesting and well written, like sitting down with a friend and a cup of tea.
