Hiya - your site is a great resource - well done. As for how you could improve it: the site takes a little long to load and your sidebars are really busy. The content of your site is what is most important and that is why readers come by and ultimately earn you money through your sponsors. The widgets in your sidebars should compliment your site but I think yours might take over the site rather. Perhaps you could weed out some of the items there (I know you need to earn money but I mean the others) and I am sure that would help your page load faster too.
