DeborahSince I don't have a lick of Italian blood running through my veins, I can't comment on whether the grilled cheese and tomato is Italian. The ciabatta bread is but we use Jersey Tomatoes and Apple Smoked Cheddar from Vermont. I've tried Mozzarella and smoked Mozzarella which makes it takes much more like a pizza, but I like the cheddar the best.
Thanks for commenting. And definitely try this recipe, its is very easy and delicious.
Singapore EntertainersYour blogging about the food and lifestyle was very nice! I like the photos as well :)
Cindy - BayhoThe grilled tomato and cheese thing looked so good! Thank you for sharing your recipe i will most definitely be trying that out. I just hope it comes out as good as yours did since I'm not much of a cook. . it looked pretty easy though so i might still have a shot. Would you consider it to be Italian food?
