i have recently have had the please of dealing with CPS in New Mexico , we have been accussed of shaking our 2 month old son , they have refused to do any differential testing or consider any family history of siezure and birth trauma my son suffered , they have since taken all my kids and sepreated my 6 year old son with a convicted violent felon , CPS keeps changing there story and statements over n over again they keep lieing and there seems to be no proof of the allegation of shaking baby syndrome , i have read n read and it looks like after his vaccinations he got sick n died our great nieghbor brought our son back to life with CPR after that he was fine now medical record on my son have been erased gone missing and CPS states my son is severly injured when he is doing great with his foster mom even she says she dosent know why they did this , i have 4 kids in total i work hard and am engaged i have a huge home n my kids have everything they need and want , we have no felonies or any prior abuse history but still CPS CYFD refuses to give me my kids back and instead has given my 6 yearold to a convicted violent felon who now has threatned me and vandalized my home what can i do ??? i need help WE NEED OUR KIDS HOME WE HAVE NOW NOR EVER WILL HURT OR NEGLECT OR ABUSE ANYONE ANY KID .
