Dear Mr. Palengke,
I am very glad to hear that you are planning to run as a president on 2010. I am aware of the contibutions that you made. Actually, I'm a Permanent Plan Holders daughter and I saw how my DAD earn money to pay the plans for both of them. And I'm PROUD OF HIM.
Good Luck for 2010!

I am very happy with your intention to run for president in 2010. I hope you can visit us here in Carson, California so we can hear your platform of goverment for our dear country. 70% of the population here in Carson are filipinos.I can make arrangements with the filipino community in case you decide to see us.

I agree with JV. Education is truly the key to real progress. But we should change our people's mindset. Lets teach our children to be real entrepreneurs someday because such frame of thinking will lead us to real progress. President Mar Roxas' advocacy on SME's is a good start.

Senator Mar,

Please make education as one of your battlecries when you run for President and you wont go wrong. Why? People are the assets of the country. Give them access to education and you have a productive country.

1. Build more school buildings
2. Increase salaries of public school teachers
3. Tax-free benefits for all educators
4. Provide scholarships to those who will pursue education as their course.
5. Revamp the DepEd and Ched with quality and dedicated heads.
6. Correct the curriculum. Elementary 1-4 (math, english, filipino, reading, Phil. history and science) only. No computer lessons. Let read, comprehend and explain.
Intermediate 5-6 ( world history, literature, higher math, PE and others)
7. High School - no more repeat subjects of history. more reading comprehensions
8. College - have them autonomy since they are talking to industry. lessen GE subjects more on developing soft and hard skills.
9. Have a good DepED and ChED heads. Career and streamline the bureau.

Thats all that i can think of at the moment. But be willing to share with your technical group as I am now an educator with the institution founded by SM and IBM. Our mantra is Bridging Academe and Industry. We would be honored if you can be a speaker in our commencement exercise next year.

Thank you Mr.President of 2010!

Very truly yours,
