This article is great thanks I have to show my grandma she suffers from arthritis and lupis. I know theres been lots of research with capsaicin remedies such as creams and what not. Speaking of which I want to try that new nasal spray Sinus Buster. I guess theres capscaicin in that too and even my sister likes it and she has had trouble with migraines since she was 16. What will they do next!
