Ummm,, It's hard to be happy when ppl around aou are dying,,,How very true.
And it's easy to be happy when people around are giving birth to new ones.
Mood disorder,,, identify it before it hits you,, while it's on the way,, and tackle it accordingly.
I have been living with it and my experience tells me that we we really need to work hard to keep away from mood swings, still we cannot get rid of it, all we can do is to manage it. TC n keep smiling.
