Martha A. ChevesI'm looking for 2 recipes. One, a simple but good tasting egg roll. Now, I'll have to tell you about the 2nd one. There is a restaurant here in Charlotte, NC that's called the New Zealand Cafe. I'm not know much about New Zealand foods but most of what I've eaten there is more on the Chinese/Japanese side. They do serve a dressing on their salad that I really love and no one will give me the recipe. It's a mayonnaise base, thin, with a touch of sweetness and fruit. Any ideas? If you do, please share so I can make this for myself.
Thanks
Martha
