I would like to take the time to tell all of you that has made comments about my brother in law. First of all most of you are right he is a douchebag. This man was probably the biggest piece of shit I have ever met in my life and ive known a few, chris mitchell used to beat my sister while she was prego with that beautiful lil jacob and even after he was born the beatings never stopped. I did not personally know this was going on but believe me if I did we wouldnt have a dead baby on our hands just a fat poser that would not be missed. I cannot lie and say that at one time we wasnt friends, me and mitch were very close at one point and I learned a lot about him. Chris Mitchell truely was a loser in all sense of the word, this man let my sister work while she was 8 and a half months pregnant and also got them evicted from their 5th or 6th home on christmas day. If thats not a loser I dont know what is. Now I would like to tell you a little about my sister. We didnt grow up in a broken home or nothing but we didnt have a lot. My mom worked her fingers to the bone just to get what little we had. Heather was always the good girl that never got into trouble she did good in school and is just a real kind hearted loving person. She was a virgin when she got with mitch and she was also working and saving money to get her own place, she had almost 3 grand in the bank and when she got with mitch he managed to brain wash her and he took every penny to pay his fines that he acquired before they even met. Chris mitchell had this habit of kicking peoples doors in and robbing people, he also stole and conned his way through life. I dont care what anyone says he is a babykiller and hopefully he will show what a big bad gangsta he is when he is bent over in the shower with some real thugs. The day chris bought that gun he was told to get rid of it because something bad would happen. He is a convicted felon so why he even had it who knows. His my space page says a lot, the man was more worried about keepin some stupid thug image (which didnt fool anyone)rather than man up and take care of your family. I have 2 beautiful kids. my oldest son malachi was jacobs best friend so it hurts my heart everytime he asks where his jay jay is, I will be the first to say I dont agree in the judicial system or jail. I think they should let him out and let him visit with me for 5 minutes and I would show him what real thug love is. Thank you to everyone that has prayed for my sis and family in this tragic and senseless time and for anyone else that wants to comment how what a good father he was, ask yourself this, Felon with a firearm in a room that was not allowed, fake name for him and his dying kid. saying the kid fell off the bed when in fact their was a bullet in his head, then dump your lifeless kid in the hands of strangers not even riding in the ambulance, instead he goes back into the room, wipes the gun clean, then walks outside hides the gun, then gets in his truck and starts the engine. Lets not kid ourselves what do you think he was gonna do follow the ambulance get some brain cells if they aint all dead from the drugs that most of the idiots he knew did. He was found by the cops smoking a cig. In my books that makes him a murdering coward. I know I should have turned him in myself knowing that he was wanted but I just couldnt bring myself to putting my nepews father in jail for 16 years but looking at it now I would rather him be in jail and nephew still running through my house playing with my babys. Chris is setting in jail right now knowing that he never has to work, he has a tv and when he goes to prison for the whats left of his pathetic life, he will be living it up. He does not care what he did, he knows that he dont have to do anything, I for one do not think this is fair but I also do not believe in the death penalty its to easy. So I will wait for another 60 years but I promise to everyone that feels sadness from this losers actions, or anyone that ever robbed, I will make sure that he feels every ounce of sadness and pain that this fat ass deserves. And last but not least anyone that wants to make a comment that bashes me or my family I will leave my personal cell phone number and address and we will how big and bad they all think they are when we get face 2 face. I can assure you anyone in his family or his friends are just a bunch of cowards like him. Also i read a comment that said my mother put heather on the streets, total bull shit, and the comments my sister made that defended chris, you have to remember that she lost her entire family in one night. Now you will be happy to know that her and the new baby mason are doing fine. She is getting her own place because chris's parents kicked her out of their house after filed DIVORCE PAPERS on the bastard, and she would not pay any of his legal fees. So HA HA HA to that pack of trash he calls family. and again thank everyone for the donations and prayers it really means alot. Justice will be served on this monster and he should pray to god for life in jail, because I will wait forever to serve my kind of justice on his fat ass
