ShinadeWell now you will probably get 2 reviews as my first did not seem to go through. Very nice site Jackie. Especially for someone like me. I am a tru southern girl raised on red meat and fried foods. Well, the Dr. has put an end to that, and, even though I like brown rice and love broccoli...a girl could use some variety. BTW...my name is Jackie also. I will visit often!
ShinadeExcellant especially for us southern meat eaters who just had their diet majorly restrivted and ordered changed by their Dr. I will be checking in. I am tired of brown rice and broccolli!
