City of Anaheim City hall: What does the Mayor do about cover up of it's City employee's? Example: Reports of sexual harassment are dragged out and not delt with. They claim "it's under investigation". (for a month) The victim is forced to work with the city employee who has sexually harassed her. Do you think it is appropriate for a lead guard to call up a contract employee while on duty, to notify her "he is going to cream his pants".etc. This same employee is also involved in attacking a minor child and attempting to plant a weapon on the child. Then threating and black mailing the child not to tell his parents or he would be arrested because the child had been drinking alcohol. Reports were filed against the actions of the city employee, but they seemed to be brushed under the rug. But recently the Mayor was notified. It was claimed he had not idea of this situation. But proper documents were supplied to support the events that took place. Yet the employee is still there and still acting in a position of authority. Is there no accountability? Is there no protection for a safe work environment for not only employee's but citizens? What is the Cities responcibilities not only to safe work place but a safe place for its citizens as well. Who should be accountable for this? The Mayor?????
