On my personal blog, I try to do it everyday. I don't always have exciting things to write about. I also play some meme and visit other people's blogs. That at least take the boredom out a little or get some ideas from other bloggers out there. Perhaps make a friend or two as well.

The other 2 blogs, well, I had to work a little harder.

Hi all,
I update my blog daily, trying to add at least one new gadget or product, if I think it's a good one though i'll hold off posting for a couple of days or post on my other blog. I'm blogging or researching stuff for my blog every day for at least 3hrs. Is that sad? I don't care cos my wife does the same,it's pretty cool working together, right next to each other.

On my other blog I have no schedule yet but I have been thinking about blogging three days a week on there too. So, I guess I might end up blogging every day, just on different blogs!

It's hard to post every day because sometimes there isn't any fun news.

Or maybe I'm just really, really lazy.

The one thing I do consistently is try to make 20-60 comments on other blogs per day. It's quite easy with StumbleUpon and I'm sure it'll help my blog. It definitely won't hurt it, at least.

  Since all the pages I Stumble I'm interested in, I can contribute. I skip pages that I can't really add anything too. I admit that sometimes I'm sloppy, but it's never complete spam like "LOL FUNNY."
  
  You'd be surprised at how much you can do in an hour or two stumbling once or twice a minute.

I used to blog everyday but got burnt out quickly. Now I do it 1-3 times a week.

My traffic actually increased when I decreased the frequency. Of course, most of my HOWTO traffic arrives via the search engines.

We now average 4 posts per day an dhae a weeks worth of posts lined up ahead of schedule. We find the while your in the content producing zone to save te posts and release them bit by bit..

My rule is to post at least 5 days of a week. I think i average about 6.2 days a week currently.

When I expect to have really busy weeks, I plan ahead and stock pile some posts. I also stock pile posts if I have a sudden burst of ideas I want to write about.

I wish I had the time! ;-) Even though I usually feel like I have so many things I have not written about, I eventually forget about them, I basically feel I don't write enough. It does vary, but at the end of recent months, when I add up the posts, it usually has been 14 -19 per month. Although many of you put me to shame, I guess it's not too bad?

I always respond to every comment on my site. I think that is a most important thing as I am very grateful for anyone who takes the time to offer feedback on my sometimes unusual take on things!

I ended up accidently deleting my blog so my current one has been quite a regular one as I didn't like it being so bare. With my other one it was maybe once to twice a month because it was only a craft blog but this one I've decided to make it an everything blog, me, my crafts and anything else I want to post about so far it has been maybe 3 times a week.

I try to post everyday, but it's hard for me sometimes. I follow a kind of rule for myself. If it isn't either funny, entertaining, informative or important- I won't post it. I'm not the type of blogger who will throw something bland or uninteresting on my blog. There are some bloggers out there who will post about the most mundane things. I've seen some where they'll describe some small drab task they performed around the house or something to that effect. Why bother with stuff like that? Make your post ABOUT SOMETHING. Please.

Anyway, enough ranting. In short, sometimes I'll wait 2 or 3 days until I have something worth writing about.

Right now every day detailing the healthcare bill (h.r.3200). I will be done with it on Thursday (9/4) and then plan to cover some other bills like h.r.675 (federal police) and then the Federal Reserve Transparency Act.

At that point, I might cut back to 3 days a week for a little while.

Considering when I named my blog the Daily Beer Review, I kind of screwed myself forever. So yes, I write daily to keep the promise of the name alive, with only very few exceptions for a long time. It's exhausting, yet enjoyable to tell it like it is.
