It is hard for me to decide which type of tea I like best. Both Chinese tea and Indian tea have their strong points.

Being an Indian, I would always prefer Indian tea..
The difference between them is that, Chinese tea is bitter(with their additions), while Indian tea has a sweet tinge and lots of milk; but both of them are suitable in their respective regions considering the geography and culture of the regions... -
My vote goes for the Indian type of tea with spices; the best "regular" tea I ever drank was in Yemen, where they call it 'red tea' and it comes with spices, no milk! I've also tried a combination of coffee and tea, can you believe that? I can hardly recommend it to anyone.. some of my friends in Ethiopia love this and they drink it with tons of sugar of course!

That's a tightly kept business secret as with other specialist Hyderabadi dishes.........it's actually found more in places in South Indian city of Hyderabad, and of course has its origins in Iran.
