   It looks like you've got a decent blog there, but I'd suggest reducing the number of posts on your frontpage and adding a recent posts widget or provide some other way for people to find your key posts. Also, your posts are all below the fold for me which kinda makes your site look a bit spammy on first glance.

   its not bad actually,,not too much you need to work on, the theme is great, th e content and posting frequency is good,,you are on your way! just one question i checked out your advertise page and your stats per month varies a LOT..how come? 49k in may 07 and 9k in dec07,what's with that??

    I'm actually much better at critiques on other blogs. Perhaps it's because you become too accustomed to your own.
    
    The Bad:
    
    Here's my take on your blog: I think more of your images need to be web optimized.. some take an extra second or two to load. I'm mostly familiar with WordPress coding, but there should be a way to use a to break up your posts and have readers click on the title to get to full story. I'm not a fan of the Blogger's Handbook ad at the top-middle of the site. These kind of ads actually scare me away from blogs. I really don't think ads should stick out too much and this one grabs my attention from the second it loads (may sound like a good thing, but I think most people will not stay on the site long). It might work better inside posts. I also feel like there is a lot of unused space on the sidebar, but that could be taken care of with above ideas.
    
    The Good:
    
    I like the color scheme. It's not a color scheme you see often, so it's memorable. I also like your advertise page. I really need to work on mine.
    
    I was checking out your ad prices. Do you get many takers? (If you don't mind saying that is). I get some great traffic on my blog, but don't really make much money. I'm sadly pretty good with finding traffic sources, but terrible trying to make any money.
