For me London is the coolest and most happening city in the world. I personally feel that no other place in the world can match it historically, culturally or can match it for it’s pure vibrancy, style, and the unique ambiance that exists in the city.

London Is Cool

I tend to think the coolest and most happening place is wherever I am.

    Portland is better

The trouble with London is that it's full of Londoners.

Never been but I bet it could not beat the southern states in the USA

London may have been. However, I find it rather grim these days.

I don't like London...it's so dirty and busy and people are rude! Edinburgh is my favourite city.

Love Edinburgh, was there two weeks ago for marathon thing. I had a lovely time.

I went up for a hogmanay a few years ago and had a great time even though the street party was cancelled. It's such a beautiful city...and you get a proper thighs and bum work out walking around there!

I know I walked 26.2 miles around the whole city lol

Then spent a few days with my sister, planning her hen weekend there for next year.

    I was born there

moved after 4 years, now live in Ireland.

I have not spent much time in London and the last time I was there I was drunk and seemingly spent the day jumping on and off ruddy tube train thingys.

I always get out of going down there to visit my friends and make them schlep up north instead.

I think that's a better idea...the only nice thing about london is the museums and theatres...without them I'd avoid it completely!

That is the one thing I wanted to do, but they all live/work nearby and had done them all, miserable buggers. So I have no guilt at all about not going

London and then New York City. My two favorites!

Being an Australian, Swinging London was the place I most wanted to live on earth. But as soon as I moved there, it became clear it was also one of the most expensive, squishy places on earth.

So I moved to St Albans Herts, only one hour from the centre of London by train. This was a great compromise: all the excitement of London at hand, but cheaper and greener in the Home Counties.

I moved there from Paris and I love it as it is a fun city. However it is ridiculously expensive and impossible to think about living there permanently...A parking space there costs the price of a studio flat anywhere else!

I have lived in London my whole life and think it is an amazing place. It's has got wonderfully diverse people, great culture, history and a fantastic nightlife.

      I agree, London is GREAT!

I agree completely! I live in the 'cultural capital' of Ireland (which is nowhere in terms of the WORLD) and London, for me, like New York, is the coolest place on earth.

I don't like London. It's dirty and smoggy, people are rude and stressed, always in a rush. It's a place where you feel completely alone no matter how many people are around.

I can't argue, London is the best place in the world.
