"What makes Operation Khanjar different from those that have occurred before is the massive size of the force introduced, the speed at which it will insert..."

Despite the vast quantities of double entendres in the above statement, should this be call for concern?

a double entendre is something that can have more than one meaning. Usually one is an innuendo.

      Yep, I never use them.

It is almost like you are overcome with the thought of thousands of men surging towards one target?
    3. Agit8r
I was thinking of 'force' as an independent aspect of the dirtiness
    4. crpitt
Well if force is your kink, then so be it

I think operation sword is hoping to pin down the Taliban and enter their virgin territory with overwhelming force before shooting off a few rounds in their holy of holies.
    1. Agit8r
Yes. One would expect that such a thrust would penetrate the enemy's defenses with ease.

I suppose you could borrow Carl von Clauswitz's terminology. He talks about "friction" and the "culminating point," though neither is as fun in his world as it might sound.

Coalition military casualties during this latest Afghanistan offensive renders this discussion mirthless.
