http://www.mariescandies.com/ is my fave. Keeps my wife happy. :) It's sooo good.

But to answer the question - milk most of the time, dark when I need chocolate real bad though. More cacao, mmmm.

White chocolate is best on pretzels.
Milk chocolate is best on nuts, cookies, or MilkyWay bars.
Dark chocolate is best alone.

Didn't we used to call dark chocolate, "Dutch Chocolate?"

I like milk chocolate, white is too sweet. I really don't eat any chocolate without anything in it though (like snickers or chocolate covered strawberries.) Chocolate is a treat to me don't like it all the time.

I think the quality of chocolate depends on the chocolate oil ratio according to other ingredients

Im quite surprised actually! I thought everyone would be more likely to like Milk chocolate more!
I have to be in a certain m ood for dark chocolate, but a small amount is beautiful! :)

It depends. Milk chocolate is good by itself, but dark chocolate is good when combined with other stuff (esp. mint).

White chocolate is very sweet and best left to "rare treat" status.

Dark Chocolate hands down. And I love Dove Dark Chocolate. Hated it growing up, but about 4yrs ago, my taste buds took a turn towards it and now I can't do without Dark Chocolate.
Although my Fudge I make and sell is not dark chocolate, but it's yummy.
