   I am for!!! I volunteered in an organization for AIDS prevention, and to help people with AIDS to access healthcare...Since no vaccination is found, Condom is the best prevention. I found it strange that in the 21th century, this can be an issue.

    Did you know that recently our government elected to drop a long standing contract with a company in Alabama that makes American-made condoms for distribution to less developed nations. Over 300 people have lost their jobs. Instead, our government is contracting with China and South Korea to make cheaper condoms and save 3 cents.
