What makes us better than any animal? Intelligence? No, because there are plenty of animals that are more intelligent than many humans. And yet it's ok to kill or torture those animals. It's just arrogance really. If people have a right to life and liberty, then so should at least a few other species of animal, specifically apes. I'd also throw whales and dolphins in that group, too. We shouldn't have the right to harm any of those animals.

Um...humans kill dolphins, so I don't want to be a dolphin, plus dolphins have to deal with sharks, and I don't want to eaten by a shark. The whole premise of this argument is ridiculous, technically ants do all the things list in the above question, so are we better off then ants, um...watching A Bugs Life I'd say no. Anyways, I think humans are alot better off then dolphins, we get to tongue kiss, dolphins cant do that S*#T!!!...at least I don't think they can :o

Don't believe the hype creemos. That's PR (ie propaganda). Even if the human race were some deity's "crowning glory," there are plenty of other "fish in the sea" as the saying goes. 1) Just cause man is purported to be some ego-maniacal god's crowning glory doesn't mean that god didn't move on to bigger and better things, and 2) one god's crowning glory is another god's slag.

there are lots of planets we could go to

we originally came from 12 intergalactic races, nine gave up and never returned because they considered humanity a lost cause. Three major races kept track. Many species are now returning home, they are considered endangered, true, but their work is done.

The dolphins are very high intelligence. One of the great Hindu Avatars was a fish, but humans will generally not accept that information because humans think they are the most intelligent beings in the world/ Universe.
People are fooled because they see dolphins living in the ocean they don't consider that they are extra terrestrial.
