I am gathering dessert recipes that include: pistachios, figs, dates, pomegranates, raisins, grapes, almonds, walnuts, quince, apples and/or citrons for an upcoming Jewish holiday. So far I have a fruit cake and an orange-pomegranate pound cake.

Anyone want to contribute a recipe? If so, you get credit and I'll put your picture, bio and links to your blogs/sites in. Jenn (Thrift Shop Romantic) loaned me a recipe (Queen of Hearts Jam Tarts) for Valentine's Day got featured as the "guest chef."
