What's The Next Level For My Blog?

I'm quite proud of my blog. It has 140 followers, and I update daily. I'm on Twitter. I get about 3 comments a day.
How could I go to the slight next level? And what would that be?

Just keep doing what you do, as long as you find it enjoyable and worth your while.
There are no levels or steps. Just the blogging.

Then, make your blog more distinctive in appearance. Something visitors will remember.

Taking your blog to the next level just means, making it better. If you think you have room to improve, then you can take it to the next level.
Take a step back and look at what you've done so far. What has worked, what hasn't? What are you doing to bring in new traffic? What kinds of posts have you written that received a lot of comments? A lot of hits? What links on twitter have received the most RTs and traffic?
Ask yourself these questions and any others that you can think of.
Still not working? Ask for feedback from your readers. Where would they like to see you take your blog? Do they have any ideas for how you can improve?
