I am very curious about this "spiky" fruit, the Durian. Very good pictures, but would need some information about which part or parts of the fruit can be eaten. Do you eat raw or can it be cooked? This is a very cool site.

I just visited this site for the first time and was BLOWN AWAY! What terrific organization! I love the categories and arrangement of the articles.
