As someone who used to participate in Martial Art myself, your post - MMA's Contribution to Martial Arts - hit home : ) I hated the school I went to, in which they only trained for competition and not teaching the students lessons

I love your blog : ) I'm American and would side with most of your views of Americans any day lol The main problem with Americans is we don't have social expectations like in other countries. It's awesome and horrible at the same time. That's why I dig your title "I Love-Hate America" it really is a love hate thing. ^_^
