My story is probably much like yours. I was born. I grew up. I live a stressful life. On rare occasions, I find for a fleeting moment, inner peace. These are the moments that keep me within a half bubble of sanity. I found the Buddhist path several years ago at a time when I needed it the most. Far from enlightened, I continue my struggle to stay in the present moment while working to leave my storied past where it belongs, in the past.
