A perfectly irreverent blog written with passion by a man who can truly write. Incisive, witty, and always packed with stories that do more than merely entertain. Man Over Board makes deep thought and intense discussion fun again!

Mainly a political read, but a very entertaining one. Alex should be writing for the broadsheets.

Love this graffiti blog - some really great finds here - one of my faves out there. There is nothing that's 'hey look at me' here as far as I am concerned lol

Think life meets gritty realist literature, one woman and her quest to become a bunny girl in Vegas - this should be a book or even a film!

Absolutely fascinating personal life of the highs and lows of one woman - sorta like a female Bukowski.

Great blog - plenty of cool ad campaign vids - I agree ads have a far greater budget than most TV - although I resent the fact they are designed to make you consume junk... I originally applied to a pile of ad agencies after leaving graduating from art college - I was told I should've applied as a runner/tea boy at 16 and worked my way up or studied a psychology degree. In fact the real reason (as one MD informed me over a drunken lunch) was that I was too subversive and my ideas would actually make the audience question capitalism hah.

irreverent witty incisive views on art, life and culture with a Chicago slant - glad to see Banksy steering away from the pet store animatronics btw - animals are nice but there is a world of subject matter to deal with - crude oil paintings - Banksy should stay as crude as he can :D
