I have been involved in the fixed income and mortgage markets since I graduated with an MBA in finance from business school in 1984 and began my career as a fixed income investment banker at Shearson Lehman Brothers. In 1990, Commercial Capital Alliance was formed with the goal of not only becoming a top commercial mortgage lender and broker, but to also become an educator on the commercial mortgage market for both investors and mortgage brokers. I, along with Charles Wallshein, Esq., are continuing education providers in New York State, as well as periodic contributors to publications such as The Mortgage Press. We also present at various professional functions including the New York State Bar Annual Meeting to the Real Property Sub-Committee.
