My name is Laura, I am 21 and I am on a mission to juice myself thin.
I need to lose 60lbs and I am going to do it through following a juicing diet. Throughout my diet I am going to blog on my progress and document the health benefits that are associated with juice dieting. I will also be road testing herbal weight loss products, exploring the varying clothes sizes in UK high street stores and experimenting with different exercise regimes.
