I am a freelance writer and poet living in Arizona. I have lived all across the country and am proud to call the desert home. As an advocate of natural/alternative health and healing and as a nutritional researcher, I hope to bring meaningful insight and important health news to the public (in particular of interest to women). I have been studying alternative medicine, nutrition, and wellness for more than two decades and find that I never tire of the learning process. I am a “Domestic Goddess”, or just “OCD”, pulling on my experience as a former restaurateur, hotel owner as well as professional chef, caterer, and wine steward. Before that I worked at a Landscaping Nursery and Greenhouse…where I learned extensively about plants. My Hobbies include: golfing with my husband, reading, playing with my puppies, and entertaining. Some of my interests are: Astrology, Feng Shui, Native American Teachings, Herbology, and Spiritual Development. I believe finding your true life purpose, following your dreams, and achieving harmonious balance within yourself and the world is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
