I am a willfully rebellious, 52 year old woman who hates rules for the sake of rules. This has led to extensive study in the fields of alternative medicine despite having worked as an RN within the traditional medical structure of the US for 26 years. I recognise the value of traditional medicine but also am acutely aware of the limits. The past year has found me looking for the products and treatments that will turn back the clock both in how we feel and how we look. I have personally studied with some of the top anti-aging and alternative health MD's in the country. All of the advice and suggestions on my blog are products and treatments I have personally used unless otherwise stated. My wish is that everyone who visits may find something of value here, either in improving their energy or their looks (and hopefully both as they do seem to go hand in hand).
